Key Responsibilities

✔ Communicate professionally with international customers and global brands.

✔ Manage order follow-ups from product development through final shipment.

✔ Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

✔ Keep customers informed about order status, production progress, shipment schedules, and potential delays or issues.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to support business growth.

✔ Prepare and maintain order reports, customer records, and shipment-related documentation.

✔ Monitor customer requirements and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.

✔ Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

✔ Assist management with customer meetings, presentations, and business correspondence.
