Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of the company’s products to present and represent them effectively to clients.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales closing processes to ensure targets are met.
  • Sales Growth: Drive increased sales through detailed planning, goal-setting, and targeted efforts to meet sales objectives.
  • Lead Generation & Client Interaction: Generate leads, establish and maintain client relationships, and ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries, and follow-ups to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Delivery Operations Management: Supervise delivery van routes to ensure efficient and timely product delivery, optimizing logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection and follow up with clients to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Create and maintain ledgers, reconciling accounts in line with company policies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and commitment to the company's goals.
