Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Engage with potential clients to build and maintain long-term relationships by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Effectively represent the company’s products to clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth by thorough planning and setting clear, achievable sales targets.
  • Generate leads, establish strong client relationships, and manage the entire sales process, including order collection, processing, and follow-up to ensure timely stock replenishment and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and monitor delivery operations, including optimizing delivery van routes to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
  • Collect payments promptly and manage financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and perform reconciliations in line with the company’s accounting policies.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
