Alfamart, a prominent international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country, is entering Bangladesh’s retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited, operating as Alfamart Trading Bangladesh. With a mission to redefine the retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-launch phase. To join this exciting venture, we are looking for a skilled Executive/Senior Executive, Finance to manage and coordinate financial operations in close partnership with both international and local teams.
Job Purpose:
This position ensures accurate and timely collection, verification, and reporting of financial data from all branches. The role supports regional finance by delivering high-quality information, identifying operational inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement to enhance financial reporting and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and verify financial data collection from all branches in compliance with company standards.
Prepare precise and timely monthly branch performance reports to aid management decisions.
Provide comprehensive and reliable financial data to Regional Finance and assist in resolving any inconsistencies.
Identify gaps in data collection processes and recommend or implement necessary improvements.
Support transaction uploads from branches and assist in implementing real-time financial reporting systems.
Review and authorize online banking transactions related to branch operational expenses.
