Additional Requirements
Applicants should be at least 30 years of age and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
The role involves closely tracking and enhancing overall plant performance indicators, identifying operational constraints, and implementing effective solutions to improve efficiency. Candidates will be expected to lead continuous improvement initiatives and focus on reducing operational costs without compromising product quality.
A strong ability to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights is essential. Applicants should be knowledgeable in cost optimization techniques, as well as energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Solid understanding of production systems, capacity planning, line balancing, and work study methodologies is required. Familiarity with key performance indicators such as OEE, downtime, and yield will be highly valued.
Candidates should also have practical exposure to industrial automation tools, including PLC and SCADA systems. Experience in daily loss or variance analysis, along with strong Root Cause Analysis skills, is important.
The ability to prepare and present performance reports, including documented success stories and improvement outcomes, will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Drive ongoing improvement initiatives by applying LEAN methodologies to enhance reliability, product quality, and on-time delivery performance.
Analyze operational performance through techniques such as Bottleneck Analysis (BNA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Loss Tree Analysis (LTA), and other productivity studies to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective line and workforce standards for both new and existing SKUs, using historical data and analytical insights as a foundation.
Support digital advancement by implementing and utilizing tools such as SAP systems and Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) to monitor and evaluate performance.
Optimize operational efficiency by defining appropriate machine speeds, workforce allocation, and production cycle times.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional factory teams—including production, maintenance, and quality—to drive overall plant efficiency and performance improvements.
