Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Preference will be given to candidates with solid knowledge of C&F operations, customs documentation, and port procedures.
Age requirement: 25 to 35 years.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Identify potential clients and promote the company’s C&F services.
Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding shipment updates, service inquiries, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and pricing details to clients.
C&F Operation Support
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery.
Collect and verify all shipment-related documents from clients.
Assist clients with customs procedures, port formalities, and clearance timelines.
Maintain ongoing communication between clients and the internal C&F team.
Marketing & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets for the C&F division.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and multinational companies.
Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and client reports.
Maintain and update the client database and CRM records.
Ensure all client communications, proposals, and quotations are properly documented.
Coordination & Service Quality
Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and billing teams to deliver client services.
Maintain high service standards to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve client complaints professionally and promptly
