Experience 

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Candidates with experience in industries such as automobiles, industrial machinery (e.g., generators, diesel engines), or tyre manufacturing will be given preference.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • Minimum age: 22 years.
  • Male candidates only.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within industrial products, logistics, or equipment-related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Open to frequent travel for client visits and participation in industry events.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects by analyzing market trends and evaluating the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring their logistics and freight requirements are properly understood and fulfilled.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive business growth.
  • Create tailored presentations and proposals based on specific client needs.
  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, target audiences, and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities to gain insights and develop a competitive edge.
  • Gather and interpret data to support strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Apply various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, to discover new opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert them into customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost visibility and strengthen brand presence.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required by leadership.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously enhance the overall client experience.
