  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding the competitive landscape.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics and freight requirements are effectively addressed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients.

  • Design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational objectives to drive growth.

  • Prepare tailored presentations and proposals to meet client-specific requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, target customer segments, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Monitor competitor strategies to uncover opportunities for competitive advantage.

  • Collect and analyze relevant data to support market insights and strategic planning.

  • Leverage multiple lead generation approaches, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, to discover and cultivate new business opportunities.

  • Follow up on leads promptly to convert prospects into clients.

  • Negotiate and finalize client agreements to secure favorable and sustainable contracts.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility, promote offerings, and strengthen brand presence.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to support informed decision-making.

  • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments.

  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation as requested by leadership.

  • Execute additional tasks assigned by management to support organizational goals.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously enhance the client experience.
