Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Computer Science

• Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), BBA/ MBA from any reputed university.

• Processes the company’s payroll for each pay period.
• Ensures the payroll system is always up to date.
• Maintains payroll records by gathering, calculating, and entering data.
• Responds to employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Accurately calculates wages, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses, using a computerized system.
• Manages and coordinates leave requests and other absences.
• Adheres to payroll policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee payroll records and seeks management approval for payments when necessary.
• Prepares various reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, including Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hours, Line Transfers, Incentives, Tiffin Order Sheets, and Night Shift Reports.
• Determines employees' tax liabilities by calculating taxable income while ensuring compliance with the Income Tax Act 1984 and relevant amendments.
• Distributes salaries via paper checks or direct bank transfers.
• Coordinates with the Finance & Accounts Department for tax disbursement, tax challan collection, final settlements of outgoing employees, and other related tasks.
