Executive/ Sr. Executive - Production MIS (Logic ERP)

 

 

• Relevant experience in an MIS Department is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in Production MIS or ERP-based reporting within the garments manufacturing industry.

• Hands-on experience with Logic Software ERP, particularly data processing and report generation, will be strongly preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex formulas.

• Practical understanding of garment production stages, from Cutting and Sewing to Finishing, Packing, and Shipment.

• Experience in production data entry, ERP transaction tracking, data validation, and MIS preparation.

• Knowledge of production planning, line-wise output, efficiency, WIP, target performance, and order progress tracking.

• Ability to collaborate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising, SCM, Quality, and IT teams.

• Strong analytical ability, precision, and commitment to maintaining reliable production data.

• Ability to manage tight reporting schedules and perform effectively under pressure.

• Candidates with direct Logic Software ERP experience in a garments manufacturing company will receive preference.

• Manage production data and generate operational reports through Logic Software ERP.

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Gather and validate production figures from Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, and other relevant departments.

• Track production output, efficiency, target fulfillment, and performance differences across lines.

• Keep ERP production records updated accurately and within required timelines.

• Generate ERP-based reports covering order progress, work-in-process (WIP), and production performance.

• Evaluate actual output against production plans and highlight significant deviations to management.

• Work with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising, SCM, Quality, and Store teams to maintain reliable data.

• Cross-check ERP entries against actual production records and resolve inconsistencies.

• Prepare production analysis reports by order, style, line, and section.

• Create Excel tracking tools, dashboards, and supplementary MIS reports as needed.

• Track production progress and flag bottlenecks, delays, and potential shipment risks.

• Maintain organized ERP records, reporting templates, and supporting documentation.

• Liaise with ERP support teams to address system issues and enhance reporting efficiency.

• Assist with ERP workflow improvements, user coordination, and adherence to data-entry standards.

• Handle additional MIS and ERP-related tasks assigned by management.
