Age: 25 to 37 years
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 2–5 years of sales and marketing experience in poultry, cattle, aquaculture, or veterinary products.
Develop new markets for feed products.
Recruit and establish dealers to support company growth.
Boost the company’s feed sales.
Conduct on-field activities and market visits.
Expand the marketing network within the assigned territory.
Set up and manage both new and existing dealer accounts.
Handle sales orders and collections.
Regularly visit markets for poultry and cattle feed sales.
Manage and achieve area-specific sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
Provide exceptional service and support to dealers and farmers.
Collect market data and submit daily reports to the supervisor/manager.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Plan and implement sales targets and marketing strategies.
Collaborate effectively as a dependable team member.
Perform any other duties assigned by management or the manager.
