Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Actively search for prospects and generate leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:
  • Contact both potential and existing customers regularly to nurture relationships and ensure continued engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Consistently hit monthly sales targets by managing and optimizing sales processes.
  • Monitor performance closely to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Customer Support & Inquiry Management:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address and resolve client issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Data Collection & Sales Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Use insights from reports to adjust strategies and improve sales efforts.
  • Sales Process Management & CRM:
  • Manage the entire sales process using specific software programs to track progress and customer interactions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Market & Sales Opportunity Identification:
  • Identify potential new markets and clients, recognizing opportunities to expand business.
  • Explore new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Competitor Monitoring & Strategy:
  • Keep track of competitor activities and strategies to adjust your sales approach accordingly.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and adapt tactics to stay competitive.
  • Periodic Reporting & Presentation:
  • Prepare and present periodical sales reports, summarizing performance, achievements, and areas of improvement.
  • Share insights and strategies with the team to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
