Responsibilities & Context

  • Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with international suppliers, shipping lines, and other global stakeholders.
  • Prepare all import documents promptly to ensure smooth execution of import procedures while complying with regulations.
  • Have strong knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, including amendments, terms, and conditions, and coordinate with banks and relevant organizations regarding L/C and payment matters.
  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the timely and quality delivery of raw materials and accessories through import processes.
  • Utilize ERP systems for managing group import raw materials, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate with contract parties to clarify terms, especially financial aspects, and stay informed about market trends, material prices, and product developments.
  • Monitor the Procurement-to-Payment process according to company Procurement Policy, maintaining and updating all relevant Supply Chain Management (SCM) reports.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support the efficient functioning of the supply chain.
