Supervise and monitor the invoicing process along with delivery volumes.
Manage delivery route planning to ensure adherence to scheduled timelines.

Oversee finished goods (FG) stock management and take actions based on operational requirements.
Verify product receipts in the ERP system against Distribution Center (DC) quantities.
Ensure proper warehouse safety, security, and administrative management.
Conduct regular warehouse audits to uphold compliance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring operational stability and reputation.
Handle and resolve sales-related complaints raised by the sales team.
Monitor the availability and performance of hired vehicles to align with delivery schedules.
Oversee company vehicles and coordinate with drivers, helpers, and loaders for efficient product distribution.
Prepare and review invoices for dispatched vehicles.
Manage staff operations, including shift scheduling and daily activities.
Maintain communication with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) regarding loading and unloading processes.
Supervise and update the monthly duty roster of distribution staff, ensuring timely reporting of delivery status.
Prepare departmental bills and manage related financial documentation.
Monitor attendance records while supervising the recruitment and management of drivers and helpers.
Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by senior management.
