Executive - Supply Chain Management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical & electrical machinery, production equipment, spare parts, engineering materials, and related services.

• Review Engineering PRs, prepare procurement plans, and ensure timely purchasing and delivery.

• Prepare Price Comparative Statements (CS) and negotiate with suppliers for competitive quality, cost, and delivery.

• Develop, qualify, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor base with alternative sourcing options.

• Establish annual supplier agreements for competitive pricing and uninterrupted supply.

• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities across procurement and supply chain.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve delivery, quality, and sourcing issues.

• Improve sourcing, inventory, and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and lead time.

• Manage SAP/ERP procurement activities, including MPN creation, AMPL tracking, QIR management, contracts, and transaction updates.

• Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by Management.
