Experience: 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, resort, or F&B industry
Proven experience managing both operational and corporate HR functions
Strong understanding of HR practices and standards within the hospitality industry

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions within a hospitality-driven environment. The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and cultivating a service-oriented, people-centric culture in line with hospitality industry standards.
Reporting To: Head of Operations, Galleria
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both operational and managerial roles within the hospitality function
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and hiring plans
Conduct interviews, background verification, and offer negotiations
Ensure smooth onboarding and structured induction programs for new employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and feedback
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with service excellence standards
Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives
Manage disciplinary processes and conflict resolution in a professional manner
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS data, attendance, and leave management systems
Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospitality regulations, and internal policies
Support performance appraisal cycles and KPI monitoring
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
Assist in leadership development and succession planning programs
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospitality best practices
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and audit requirements
Support HR audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
Assist HR leadership in executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Analyze HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, and productivity
Support change management and organizational development initiatives
