Additional Requirements

• Support the Learning and Development Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing educational programs and workshops.
• Oversee the daily operations of the learning and development department, including schedule management, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the proper functioning of training facilities, arranging materials and equipment for various sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and assist in designing tailored development initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support during training sessions to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
• Continuously explore ways to enhance training processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Assess and analyze the outcomes of training programs to ensure objectives are met.
• Undertake any additional duties as directed by the management.
