  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Basic proficiency in online ERP systems for operational management.

  • Competent in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.


Responsibilities & Context

Role: Transport Executive

  • Manage and oversee the vehicle fleet of Dana Group, ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations.

  • Maintain a transport pool effectively, ensuring all assigned vehicles are operational and reports are submitted daily.

  • Update vehicle service reports regularly via Google Sheets or Excel and track vehicle registration details, including those under repair.

  • Monitor chauffeur leave, replacements, and monthly overtime; assist in recruitment, conduct interviews, and perform road tests for new drivers.

  • Provide vehicle and chauffeur details to office employees and ensure proper deployment of vehicles.

  • Handle emergency breakdowns, coordinate with Dana workshop for repairs, and assist in purchasing or collecting quotations when required.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with employees and stakeholders through in-person interactions, calls, and emails.

  • Conduct periodic safety meetings with drivers and perform random vehicle inspections for cleanliness and operational standards.

  • Conduct KPL tests every 6–8 months and generate updated reports.

  • Address driver attendance issues, simulate card concerns, and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary in accordance with labor laws and legal advice.

  • Maintain records of vehicle cleanliness, accessories, and related products on a monthly basis.

Role: Office Maintenance Officer – Admin

  • Ensure the office environment is safe, well-maintained, and fully functional.

  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate necessary repairs (electrical, plumbing, etc.).

  • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper working condition.

  • Oversee health and safety protocols, including fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness.

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for cleaning, security, and repair services.

  • Support office setup, space management, and the implementation of sustainable practices such as energy conservation and waste management.
