Responsibilities & Context

  • Material Handling: Receive and issue raw and packing materials, and dispatch finished goods through proper documentation, following FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all materials and finished goods are stored in specified conditions with appropriate labeling.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain effective inventory control to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Warehouse Practices: Ensure standard warehouse practices are followed as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Documentation: Prepare and review all warehouse-related documents in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Quality Management: Handle QMS (Quality Management System) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Storage Management: Ensure proper storage management to maintain material integrity and minimize damage.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the warehouse area.
