Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory effectively to ensure accurate stock control and availability of materials.

• Oversee the receipt and issuance of raw and packaging materials, as well as the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures.

• Ensure all materials and finished goods are stored in designated areas under specified conditions with appropriate labeling.

• Optimize the utilization of available manpower, resources, and facilities.

• Maintain warehouse operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare and review warehouse-related documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with organizational requirements.
