Additional Requirements
- Age: 25 to 38 years.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Odoo 18/19 or later versions is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo Website Builder, website customization, and eCommerce development.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL will be an advantage.
- Experience with Git version control and third-party API integration is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop, and maintain the company's website using the Odoo Website Builder.
- Customize Odoo website themes, templates, and modules to meet business requirements and branding guidelines.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Odoo eCommerce features, including product pages, shopping cart, checkout process, customer portal, and related functionalities.
- Integrate and manage payment gateways, shipping methods, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless business operations.
- Optimize website performance, security, search engine optimization (SEO), and mobile responsiveness for an enhanced user experience.
- Troubleshoot website issues, identify root causes, and provide timely technical support and bug fixes.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and ERP teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and digital performance.
- Perform regular website updates, testing, backups, security checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility while maintaining high standards of functionality and usability.
- Maintain clean, well-documented source code and manage version control using Git.
- Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, web development technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the company's digital platforms.
- Perform any other web development and Odoo-related tasks assigned by the management.
