  • Must be a graduate and minimum of one year of experience in the Real-Estate track or relevant sales job.
  • Must be fluent, smart, energetic, presentable & Proactive.
  • Must be proficient in public relations and communication skills.
  • Must have complete knowledge of computers. (Microsoft Office & Internet)
  • Must have a personal Laptop & Smartphone.
  • Must have a personal bike. (Biker will get special priority)  Fuel cost will pay the company for client visit purposes.
  • Must have a full mindset to full-time work and build a challenging career in the Real-Estate Sector.
  • Must be self-motivated, honest, confident, Able to hard work, think outside the box, creative, punctual, Self-starting & fearless.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To assist interested customers in project visits.
  • To promote company’s product & service to interested prospects.
  • To make a personal funnel of Customers.
  • To visit & meet with corporate or individual prospects.
  • To Show properties to potential prospects and renters.
  • To Support the company and all agents by tracking incoming leads or prospects.
  • To achieve monthly basis sales targets for company growth & best Performance.
