Must be a graduate and minimum of one year of experience in the Real-Estate track or relevant sales job.
Must be fluent, smart, energetic, presentable & Proactive.
Must be proficient in public relations and communication skills.
Must have complete knowledge of computers. (Microsoft Office & Internet)
Must have a personal Laptop & Smartphone.
Must have a personal bike. (Biker will get special priority) Fuel cost will pay the company for client visit purposes.
Must have a full mindset to full-time work and build a challenging career in the Real-Estate Sector.
Must be self-motivated, honest, confident, Able to hard work, think outside the box, creative, punctual, Self-starting & fearless.

Responsibilities & Context

To assist interested customers in project visits.
To promote company’s product & service to interested prospects.
To make a personal funnel of Customers.
To visit & meet with corporate or individual prospects.
To Show properties to potential prospects and renters.
To Support the company and all agents by tracking incoming leads or prospects.
To achieve monthly basis sales targets for company growth & best Performance.
