Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement and Oversee ISO 50001 Energy Management System: Establish and manage the ISO 50001 Energy Management System to improve energy efficiency across manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and Execute Sustainability Strategies: Create and implement strategies aligned with the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to achieve sustainability goals and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Identify and Implement Electrical Energy-Saving Programs: Optimize power consumption by identifying and implementing effective electrical energy-saving initiatives.
  • Enhance Boiler and Steam Energy Efficiency: Improve energy efficiency of boiler and steam systems through system upgrades and process optimization.
  • Lead Compressed Air Energy-Saving Initiatives: Drive energy-saving programs for compressed air systems to ensure cost-effective and sustainable operations.
  • Conduct Energy Audits and Data Analysis: Perform detailed energy audits, analyze energy consumption data, and recommend improvements to enhance overall energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside different departments to integrate energy management best practices into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Advancements: Keep current with developments in energy management technologies and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations: Generate reports and presentations on energy performance, cost savings, and sustainability efforts for stakeholders.
  • Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing improvement projects that drive sustainability and energy efficiency in line with company goals.
