Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, along with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate sectors will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and applicable Bangladesh Labour Laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist with daily HR operations, employee documentation, and HRIS/ERP-related activities.
- Support recruitment, selection, employee orientation, onboarding, placement, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, separations, and other employee movements.
- Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI setting, performance tracking, and evaluation.
- Assist in coordinating payroll, employee benefits, incentives, training, development, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws, IDRA requirements, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support the management of employee grievances, disciplinary issues, employee relations, and HR-related communications.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, and workforce analytics while supporting HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties and assignments as directed by Management.
