  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Registered professional engineers with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and Develop Compressor and Steam P&ID Diagrams: Create detailed P&ID diagrams for compressors and steam systems used in manufacturing and industrial processes.
  • Perform Mechanical Load Calculations: Conduct calculations to optimize system performance and ensure the efficiency of mechanical systems.
  • Design and Implement Ventilation Systems: Develop ventilation systems, including VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), evaporative coolers, and other industrial cooling solutions.
  • Assess Industrial Boiler Requirements: Evaluate and determine the necessary specifications for industrial boilers, ensuring proper sizing and efficient operation.
  • Conduct Technical Evaluations and Feasibility Studies: Assess mechanical systems in manufacturing environments to evaluate their feasibility, performance, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety and Industry Standards: Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry-specific guidelines, particularly IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) regulations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to integrate mechanical design solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Support Energy Efficiency Initiatives: Contribute to energy-saving efforts by optimizing mechanical systems and reducing operational costs.
  • Stay Updated on Technological Advancements: Keep current with the latest developments and best practices in mechanical engineering to apply innovative solutions.
  • Prepare Reports and Documentation: Compile detailed reports, documentation, and presentations that summarize mechanical system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
