Implement the lock policy if the customer has a non-payment history.
Arranging to unlock the services after receiving adequate payments.
With accordance to the lock policy, take the necessary action after receiving the payment from that respective customer.
Preparing reports as per the requirements of the team leader.
Oversee the overdue account & take measurable action to mitigate it.
Monitor & assist the team in bank reconciliation.
