• Collected by the collector as per the instructions of the A/C manager.

• If payment made through bKash/ Direct deposit/ collection received by a/c manager from customer, Money receipt will be provided by A/c manager

• Ensure balanced confirmation periodically.

• Visit the customer for bill follow-up and collection, as required.

• Update the daily follow-up report.

• Identifying the disputed amount and resolving it accordingly.

• Implement the lock policy if the customer has a non-payment history.

• Arranging to unlock the services after receiving adequate payments.

• With accordance to the lock policy, take the necessary action after receiving the payment from that respective customer.

• Preparing reports as per the requirements of the team leader.

• Oversee the overdue account & take measurable action to mitigate it.

• Monitor & assist the team in bank reconciliation.
