Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations within the factory.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Admin departments on employment-related matters.
  • Identify aggrieved workers and counsel them to resolve grievances related to wages, allowances, benefits, and facilities.
  • Educate workers about their rights, privileges, employment rules, and terms & conditions.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to ensure workers receive their entitled leave, incentives, and other legal benefits as per labor laws.
  • Monitor and maintain all necessary licenses, certificates, and legal documents.
  • Oversee payroll documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and manage documentation related to third-party workers.
  • Ensure the timely deposit of third-party audit fees.
  • Conduct internal audits for self-improvement and compliance enhancement.
  • Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for existing buyers.
  • Implement various policies as required.
  • Ensure both physical and documentary compliance for successful audit completion.
