Education

  • Masters, in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university

  • Applicants should have experience in the following areas: costing for knitting, garments, and textiles.
  • Applicants must possess end-to-end costing experience.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with relevant departments are essential.
  • A solid understanding of software systems, particularly ERP systems, is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Candidates should be hardworking, sincere, and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with professional qualifications like CA/ICMA will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for cost and consumption analysis.
  • Conduct budget versus actual cost analysis.
  • Prepare operating budgets and manage budgetary control.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Perform revenue and other reconciliations for month-end closing and reporting.
  • Carry out any additional assignments as directed by management.
