Responsibilities & Context

  • Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and execute Point of Buying (POB) materials for top stores, ensuring timely procurement and implementation in the market.
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of trade marketing assets across channels within agreed timelines.
  • Product Launches:
  • Lead and drive new product launches in coordination with the sales team, ensuring effective communication, training, and distribution to all relevant stakeholders.
  • SKU Distribution & Availability:
  • Focus on SKU distribution enablement by planning and executing activities that ensure optimal product availability and range in key outlets.
  • Support sales teams in expanding reach and improving product availability across priority SKUs.
  • Market Hygiene & Trade Marketing Inputs:
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure hygiene and effectiveness of trade marketing materials such as signage, displays, racks, and other branding tools.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation and in-store execution standards.
  • Competitor Monitoring:
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitor activity, including product launches, promotions, pricing, and merchandising tactics.
  • Provide insights to support strategic adjustments in trade marketing and sales plans.
