Executive/Sr. Executive-Customs Bond

Handle Customs Bond activities related to both Direct and Deemed Export operations.

Ensure efficient use of bonded warehouse facilities and import privileges, including UP, In-Bond, and Ex-Bond processes.

Maintain and update bond-related registers, inventory, consumption data, and required documents.

Manage documentation for Customs inspections, annual audits, NOC applications, and regulatory approvals.

Track Bond License validity, renewals, entitlements, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Store, Planning, and other relevant departments to reconcile bonded materials and records.

Complete and submit UP, Annual Audit, General Bond, Yearly/Additional Entitlement, and HS Code-related documentation within deadlines.

Prepare audit statements, stock calculations, and material adjustment plans for yarn, fabrics, accessories, dyes, and chemicals.

Prepare PRC-wise statements and ensure proper supporting documentation.

Work with CBMS, UD, MS Word, and MS Excel for bond-related operations and reporting.

Collaborate effectively with the team and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
