  • Assist all kinds of Corporate, Factory and Sales recruitment as per company procedures Coordinate employee job confirmation process and maintain new joiner's database.
  • Assist in field force promotion assessment and yearly performance appraisal system.
  • Assist in preparing the training calendar as per business need.
  • Arrange and facilitate training & orientation programs for new joiners (Corporate, Factory & Sales). Create and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders for talent sourcing.
  • Any work as per instruction of the Management.
