• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal control systems, operational efficiency, and overall risk management.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with necessary analyses and comparative assessments.
• Monitor daily production activities closely, identifying and reporting delays, bottlenecks, or process deviations to mitigate production disruptions.
• Review and verify raw material (RM) consumption and sourcing procedures to prevent wastage and overstocking.
• Analyze non-production time and Defective Handling Unit (DHU) rates to implement effective waste control measures.
• Investigate root causes of short or delayed shipments and assign accountability accordingly.
• Review and validate product costing sheets to ensure accuracy in pricing, material costs, and product margins.
• Ensure accurate documentation of orders, approvals, material sourcing, and production tracking.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, procurement, and quality teams to address and resolve audit findings.
