Independently manage and maintain regular communication with Customers/Buyers from product development through shipment, providing daily updates on order status.
Coordinate closely with procurement, planning, production, and commercial teams to ensure all shipments are executed on schedule.
Prepare accurate cost calculations and conduct price negotiations with Customers/Buyers; follow up on pricing feedback, approvals, samples, and capacity/space bookings.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of all required production samples, including PP samples, size set samples, and shipment samples, in accordance with Buyers’ deadlines.
Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely in-house availability of yarns, fabrics, and accessories from both local and international sources for sampling and production.
Develop and maintain a strong outsourcing and vendor network to support product development and implement profit-oriented merchandising strategies.
Prepare and manage Time & Action (T&A) plans; coordinate and cross-check with the IE and planning departments to ensure on-time shipment (OTS).
Monitor material inventory, production processes, quality standards, and team performance through effective and structured follow-up.
Analyze operational breakdowns and garment SMVs, verify against module plans, and maintain relevant historical records to support style changes and process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipment with 100% quality in line with customer requirements.
Work closely with internal management across all operational areas, providing guidance and recommendations on merchandising-related issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
