Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing will be given preference or Masters in any discipline
  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Marketing will be given preference or Masters in any discipline

Additional Requirements


  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Sales Officer in a reputable Steel Re-rolling Mill within the specified district.
  • Expertise: Practical experience in engaging with dealers and retailers to promote and sell quality products, specifically M.S. Re-Bars.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Demonstrated ability to take on challenges and achieve sales targets.
  • A positive mindset to meet targets aligned with monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategic marketing plans.
  • Proactively reach out to new dealers and retailers to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare monthly sales targets for both individual and team performance.
  • Monitor company sales targets and oversee team member performance to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and collection targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  • Exhibit a professional and cooperative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing dealers, retailers, and customers.
  • Provide effective after-sales support to dealers and retailers.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
  • Candidates with bike riding skills will be given preference.
