Responsibilities & Context
Bashundhara Group - Cement Industry is looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join as Executive/Senior Executive (Civil Engineer) under Technical Support - Cement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with engineers and consultants, securing product enlistment in projects, and driving sales. This role requires effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver superior technical and customer support, organize technical events, and stay ahead of competitors by analyzing market dynamics.
- Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with engineers (Government/Non-Government/Consultant Engineers).
- Gather information about ongoing and upcoming projects in Government and private sectors to ensure product enlistment and boost sales.
- Provide technical support and address customer complaints in coordination with the Quality Control department.
- Offer assistance and maintain correspondence with foreign clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Organize technical events such as Engineers' Meets and Masons' Meets to promote product awareness.
- Deliver presentations on the product portfolio to Government and Non-Government organizations and at events.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and propose strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to achieve business objectives.
