  • Experience in overall Technical/Quality Management Systems and system process development.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Bangla and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge for handling technical and administrative tasks.
  • Strong technical expertise in conducting quality and technical audits.
  • Well-behaved, honest, and able to meet deadlines and deliver on time.
  • Strong planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Communicate and establish a comprehensive quality management system within the RMG factory.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, organizational charts, flowcharts, and job descriptions.
  • Ensure product safety by managing chemical use, mold prevention, sharp object control, and machine calibration.
  • Provide technical support for product inspections, goods receipt, and production line quality assurance.
  • Attend regular improvement meetings, addressing quality-related concerns with preventative actions.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs, following a scheduled plan.
  • Support Buyer RM-QAFA, technical, and internal audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Create monthly and yearly internal audit schedules, secure audit findings, and prepare corrective action plans.
  • Conduct raw material supplier audits and evaluate their performance to maintain product quality.
  • Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze DHU and top defects, applying 5ME and 5Why methodologies to improve processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
