Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, honest, polite, trustworthy, and responsible Private Car Driver to drive and maintain a Toyota Corolla Axio 2015 (Non-Hybrid). The candidate must have at least 5 years of practical experience driving private cars, a valid professional driving license, and a good understanding of road safety and traffic rules.

Workplace: Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur

Vehicle: Toyota Corolla Axio 2015 (Non-Hybrid)

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Employment Status: Full-time

Salary: BDT 15,000 per month

Duty Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week

Responsibilities

1. Drive the vehicle safely and responsibly according to the given schedule and instructions.

2. Travel to offices, factories, and other designated locations as required.

3. Check fuel, tires, and other essential vehicle components before duty.

4. Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption and daily vehicle usage.

5. Park and secure the vehicle in safe and designated locations.

6. Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times.

7. Report any mechanical issues, unusual sounds, or vehicle problems to the employer promptly.

8. Handle emergencies calmly and take appropriate action when necessary.

9. Never use the vehicle for personal purposes without prior permission.

10. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and family matters.

11. Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and employer instructions.

12. Smoking and any form of substance use are strictly prohibited during duty and at the workplace.

13. Never hand over the vehicle keys or disclose vehicle-related information to anyone without the employer's permission.

Requirements & Skills

1. Must have a valid professional driving license and National ID (NID).

2. Minimum 5 years of practical experience driving private cars.

3. Must be skilled in safe and defensive driving.

4. Knowledge of different car models and automatic transmission is preferred.

5. Good knowledge of roads and routes in Dhaka and Gazipur is preferred.

6. Must be able to communicate clearly in Bengali.

7. Must be honest, polite, well-mannered, patient, punctual, and responsible.

8. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to new situations.

9. A good employment history and positive references from previous employers will be preferred.

10. Must be physically fit and capable of driving attentively for extended periods.

11. Must have basic knowledge of traffic rules, road signs, minor mechanical issues, and emergency handling.

12. Must be willing to work on a long-term basis with honesty and dedication.

13. Must not have any drug or substance abuse habits.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

1. Education: Minimum Class 8 / JSC or equivalent.

2. Experience: At least 5 years of private car driving experience.

3. License: Valid professional driving license is mandatory.

4. Documents: Valid National ID (NID) is mandatory.

5. New or inexperienced drivers are not eligible to apply.

Salary & Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000.

2. Overtime: BDT 50 per hour.

3. Lunch: Lunch allowance or meal facility.

4. Festival Bonus: 2 Eid bonuses per year.

Duty Schedule

1. Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

2. Working Days: 7 days a week.

Communication Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
