BLUPEAK BPO is looking for experienced Telesales Agents to join its US & Canada Janitorial Campaign. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in janitorial campaigns, strong English communication skills, and the ability to drive outbound sales through effective persuasion and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada.

• Promote janitorial and cleaning services to prospective customers.

• Identify customer needs and present suitable service solutions.

• Persuade potential clients and generate qualified sales leads.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

• Achieve campaign targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
