Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), MBBS with DO/ MCPS (Ophthalmology)/ DCO /MS/FCPS degree from any govt. recognized institution.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Impact Hospital & Diagnostic Center, Chuadanga, is seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to provide specialized eye care treatment and perform various eye surgeries and investigations. If you are dedicated to ensuring high-quality eye care services and have expertise in SICS + Phaco surgery, we encourage you to apply.
  • Provide specialized eye care treatment in the Outpatient Department (OPD).
  • Conduct eye disease investigations and perform various surgical procedures.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of eye care services while training hospital staff.
  • Perform DCR, DCT, cataract surgeries, and other minor extraocular procedures.
  • Independently perform SICS + Phaco surgeries (preferred).
  • Participate in eye camps conducted by the hospital.
  • Conduct post-operative follow-ups to ensure optimal patient recovery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Impact Management.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive experience in ophthalmic procedures and surgeries.
  • Ability to work independently in Phaco and SICS surgeries.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and service quality.
  • Willingness to participate in community eye camps and outreach programs.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
