Responsibilities & Context
- Provide specialized eye care treatment at the OPD and perform various investigations and minor surgeries for eye diseases.
- Ensure the quality of eye care services and provide training to hospital staff.
- Select cataract patients for surgery from the OPD and satellite clinics.
- Prepare selected patients for surgery.
- Attend eye camps organized by the hospital.
- Follow up with post-operative eye patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Impact Management.
