Role Description
The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The individual will be responsible for conducting market research, developing effective marketing strategies, skilled to have bring certain amount of brand & business FY wise, overseeing sales and promotional activities, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Qualifications Proficiency
In Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Strong Market Research and analytical skills for identifying trends and insights to inform marketing decisions. Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns and driving measurable results. Proficiency in project management and ability to coordinate marketing campaigns effectively across global markets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or sales are an asset. Familiarity with the RMG or global apparel industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for sustainable and ethical business practices.
