  • Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in fabric technology or quality assurance within the textile or fashion industry, with a strong understanding of fabric properties and applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of fabric specifications of both knit & woven, quality standards, and technical processes, ensuring materials meet industry benchmarks.
  • Quality Inspection: Skilled in conducting thorough fabric inspections, identifying defects, and implementing effective solutions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve fabric quality issues, ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Consumption Optimization: Experience in monitoring and optimizing fabric consumption, promoting efficiency and sustainability in production processes.
  • Aesthetic Enhancement: Creative ability to work closely with designers to improve the look, feel, and lasting quality of fabrics, contributing to innovative design solutions.
  • Color Development: Proficiency in creating and refining color formulations for dyeing and printing processes, ensuring accuracy and vibrancy in finished products.
  • Sample Development: Hands-on experience in developing and testing new fabric samples, providing critical feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with designers, suppliers, and fashion buyers.
