Responsibilities & Context

  • Moderation & Engagement: Monitor and manage the Facebook page, ensuring prompt responses to comments, messages, and posts.

  • Sales Support: Assist in converting inquiries into sales by providing timely information about ongoing offers, product details, and available stock.
