  • Must have experience in Knit garments.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
  • Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M, Primark.
  • Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proactive and result oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and control the entire production process.
  • Track the production target every hour throughout the day.
  • Report daily and total production status to the production head, according to order and style.
  • Immediately inform higher authorities if the target is not met for any reason.
  • Prepare the production plan for the lines (including manpower, machines, and styles) and provide instructions to line supervisors.
  • Manage the technical aspects and maintain a proper production line for knit garments.
  • Follow the production plan and meet set targets by analyzing individual worker performance, identifying bottlenecks, and balancing lines quickly when needed.
  • Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man-to-machine ratio, and cost per piece, and plan for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality data and discuss it with other team members.
  • Perform other production-related duties and responsibilities as required.
