Factory Manager (Production)

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality Control processes.
• Good understanding of production planning, line balancing, and industrial engineering concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

• Supervise and manage the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Final Inspection departments.
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination among all production sections.
• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, productivity, and machine utilization.
• Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Compliance departments.
• Analyze production reports and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Reduce production losses, rejection rates, and wastage through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on-time order completion and shipment schedules.
• Maintain discipline, workplace safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Train, motivate, and develop production supervisors and line management teams.
• Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports for management.
