Education

Bachelor/Honors, in Fashion Designing
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- 4 to 8 years of work experience required with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in kids wear design.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
- Only candidates who have relevant working experience in garments industry encourage to apply.
- Candidate must have practical woven Garments Design, Merchandising experience.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Creative and innovative
- An eye for colour and feel for fabrics and materials
- Capable of transforming designs into mass replicable patterns.
- Willing to work on site in either of the Shampur or Shadarghat branch
Responsibilities & Context
-Developing design concepts.
-Creating sketches by hand and on computers.
-Designing and developing patterns.
-Preparing and maintaining design briefs.
-Innovating new designs and products.
-Continuously monitoring the development of samples.
-Generating ideas and producing designs either by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
-Staying updated on emerging fashion trends, including fabric, color, and shape trends.
-Planning and developing product ranges.
-Creating trend tech packs and mood boards for in-house collections.
-Collaborating with the design team to develop products that meet design briefs.
-Working closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to create product ranges for all customers.
