  • Should Have Good knowledge about Graphics Design in RMG Sector (Knit Garments).
  • Creativity, innovation and flair
  • An eye for colour and a feel for fabrics and materials
  • Ability to generate ideas and concepts
  • Understand Fashion Trend Well
  • Design and visualization skills, either by hand or through computer-aided design (CAD)Technical skills, including pattern cutting

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conceptualize ideas and create designs manually or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Stay updated with emerging fashion trends and general trends related to fabrics, colors, and shapes.
  • Plan and develop product ranges in line with market demands.
  • Create trend tech packs and mood boards for in-house collections.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop products that meet specific briefs.
  • Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to design ranges tailored to customer needs.
  • Understand the technical aspects of design, including pattern creation and preparing technical specifications.
  • Source, select, and procure fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments.
  • Negotiate with customers and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
