• Storage & Dispatch Management
• Store finished products systematically and maintain accurate records for proper inventory management.
• Ensure timely dispatch of products to designated locations.
• Handle customer interactions for local sales and order balance products.
• Receiving & Quality Control
• Receive standard quality finished products from different sections with the necessary documentation.
• Return rejected or altered finished products to the respective sections and maintain proper records.
• Ensure proper entry in store register books and update records in the software system.
• Product Labeling & Distribution
• Verify price tags as per approved product costing.
• Ensure correct hang tags and information cards are attached to each product as per purpose.
• Rectify returned finished products from AAF HO through the concerned section.
• Distribute finished products at Head Office (HO) and update delivery records in register books and software.
• Stock Organization & Sales Management
• Preserve bill balance finished products returned from HO and arrange them for local sales in the sales center.
• Organize final bill balance quantities for alteration, rejection, and date-failed items, maintaining necessary records.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store and sales center environment, following health, safety, and security standards.
• Coordination & Monitoring
• Collect the monthly billing plan from the concerned department and coordinate to send goods to AAF HO accordingly.
• Monitor the quality of received products as per schedule/projections.
• Track daily ironing and packing status of each item and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure job closing reports for each product category.
• Maintain accurate stock records in both ERP systems and physical inventory.
• Safeguarding & Compliance
• Ensure the safety and protection of program participants, team members, and stakeholders, preventing any harm, abuse, harassment, or exploitation.
• Act as a key source of support and guidance for safeguarding practices in the workplace.
• Promote and enforce safeguarding policies among team members and ensure compliance in all operations.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedures for any reportable incidents and encourage others to do the same.
