Responsibilities & Context

  • Production & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure standard-quality production and efficient operations at the center.
  • Implement production plans and closely monitor workflow to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee sample preparation and obtain necessary approvals from the authority.
  • Supervise center in-charge activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks at each stage of the production process.
  • Ensure daily production output is transferred to the assigned sections on time.
  • Workforce & Operations Management
  • Communicate weekly work schedules and distribute job materials to the center.
  • Maintain worker information, including job assignments, task reception, and delivery records.
  • Prepare and maintain wage muster rolls, wage registers, and worker passbooks.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and overall working environment of the center.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and promptly address operational challenges.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Guarantee a safe and secure environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce safeguarding policies to prevent harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA).
  • Act as a key resource for safeguarding initiatives, ensuring policy adherence across operations.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure and encourage proactive reporting.
  • Community Engagement & Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to recruit artisans from the community, meeting target numbers.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
