  • Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.

  • Proven Expertise: Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the software or technology industry.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and expand key client accounts by building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic advice, troubleshooting, and resolving technical or business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, development) to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of software updates, enhancements, and support.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and engage in contract negotiations.
  • Visit doctors at various hospitals or chambers to provide product details and develop relationships.
  • Create and present proposals for new business opportunities or contracts, ensuring successful sales closures.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss company products or services.
  • Craft client proposals based on provided product information.
  • Research and identify potential customers, initiating contact to set up meetings or presentations.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all client communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Execute additional tasks assigned by Management as required.
  • Lead and inspire a sales and support team within the designated zone to meet targets and ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support their individual success.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and internal stakeholders to implement strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reviews, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.
